3. Provider dependencies
Footage Manager may depend on providers such as Firebase, Lemon Squeezy, AWS, Google Analytics, DNS, and email delivery infrastructure. A provider-wide issue may affect Footage Manager even if no separate incident is posted here yet.
For checkout, invoice, tax, refund, or customer portal problems inside Lemon Squeezy pages, the Lemon Squeezy flow or provider status may also be relevant.
4. Reporting a problem
If you believe a Footage Manager service is unavailable or behaving incorrectly, contact support@footagemanager.com. Include the affected area, URL or app screen, error message, app version if relevant, approximate time, timezone, and account identifier if needed. Do not send passwords or full payment card numbers.

If we publish an incident update on this page, it may include the affected area, approximate start and end time, user impact, mitigation, and current status. Minor, brief, or still-unverified issues may not appear here.
