2. Service Description
Footage Manager provides library analysis, external media tracking, link status inspection, media transfer, and cleanup assistance for Final Cut Pro workflows.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or update all or part of the service for stability, security, feature improvement, or operational reasons.
3. Accounts and Authentication
- Some features require Firebase-based account registration, login, and email verification.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account access secure.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, you should notify us promptly.
4. Free Features, Pro License, and Device Activation
- Free features are available within the scope offered without payment or login.
- Pro features require a valid subscription or entitlement granted by us.
- Pro licenses are account-based and may be activated on the number of devices allowed by the applicable policy.
- We may apply activation limits, re-authentication, or access restrictions in cases of abuse, shared-account misuse, technical errors, or security needs.
5. File Operations and Your Responsibility
Footage Manager assists with files related to your local storage, external disks, NAS, and Final Cut Pro libraries. Before running operations that may affect files, including moving, deleting, relinking, recovering, or transferring files, you are responsible for checking target files, paths, and backups.
- Back up important projects before making changes.
- Check external disk and network storage availability.
- Confirm whether other users or projects reference the same files.
- You are responsible for results caused by your choices, storage failures, permission settings, or third-party app behavior.
6. Billing, Subscriptions, and Customer Portal
Paid subscriptions, billing, taxes, receipts, payment method management, cancellation, and refunds may be handled through Lemon Squeezy or the applicable payment channel. We do not directly store raw payment method credentials.
Monthly Pro renews at USD $9.99/month after a 7-day free trial. Annual Pro renews at USD $99/year after a 14-day free trial. To avoid the first charge, you must cancel before the free trial ends through the account billing page or the Lemon Squeezy Customer Portal.
You may cancel before the next renewal date at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund payments already processed. The final price, taxes, currency, trial period, and billing terms shown at checkout control.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Using another person's account or payment information without authorization
- Attempting to bypass licensing, device activation, billing, or security restrictions
- Reverse engineering, modifying, redistributing, or commercializing the service without authorization
- Sending excessive automated requests, exploiting vulnerabilities, or disrupting service operation
- Using the service for unlawful content handling, rights infringement, or privacy violations
8. Intellectual Property
Rights in the Footage Manager app, website, documents, logos, designs, source code, licensing system, and related content belong to us or the applicable rights holders. These Terms grant only a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may restrict access or suspend accounts if a user violates these Terms, engages in abuse, creates security risks, fails payment, or violates applicable law. You may request subscription cancellation or account deletion at any time.
10. Disclaimer and Liability
We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee all issues caused by your working environment, storage devices, third-party software, network state, operating system changes, or events outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages, business losses, data loss, or file loss where the user did not maintain backups.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The parties will try to resolve disputes in good faith, and unresolved disputes will be handled by the competent court under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms due to service changes, legal changes, or operational needs. For material or disadvantageous changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Previous versions are available in the document history on this page.
