2. Information We Process
We may process the information below to provide accounts, licensing, billing status synchronization, security, and customer support.
The Footage Manager app does not upload your Final Cut Pro library files, original video files, audio files, or image files to our servers. Analysis results and work data are stored primarily on your Mac. If you voluntarily send logs, screenshots, or file information for support, we may process the materials you provide.

4. Retention

If you can sign in, you can download a JSON copy of the account, license, and device activation data currently available through My Account > Profile on the website.
You may contact support@footagemanager.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, account deletion, or access to additional records. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
