1. General Principle
Footage Manager paid features may be provided on a subscription basis, with billing and subscription management handled through Lemon Squeezy or the applicable payment channel.
Refund eligibility and processing are determined based on this policy, applicable law, Lemon Squeezy policies, and payment channel policies.
2. Free Trial
- Monthly Pro includes a 7-day free trial, and Annual Pro includes a 14-day free trial.
- You may use Pro features during the free trial period.
- If you cancel before the free trial ends, the first subscription charge will not be made.
- If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, Monthly Pro renews and is charged at USD $9.99/month, and Annual Pro renews and is charged at USD $99/year.
- The trial terms, duration, conversion details, taxes, currency, and final amount shown at checkout take precedence.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel through the account page or Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
- After cancellation, Pro access may remain available until the end of the already paid billing period.
- Cancellation stops future renewal charges and does not automatically refund payments already processed.
4. Refund Requests
To request a refund, contact support@footagemanager.com with your account email, order information, and reason for the request. We or Lemon Squeezy will review the request and inform you of the outcome.
- We may review refunds for duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or technical issues that prevent paid feature access.
- Refunds may be limited where there has been substantial use, license abuse, violation of the Terms, or suspected payment dispute abuse.
- Mandatory consumer protection laws apply where they cannot be waived.
5. Processing Time and Payment Channels
After a refund is approved, the timing of the funds appearing in your card, payment method, or bank account depends on the relevant payment channel. Taxes, exchange rates, fees, and payment method policies may affect timing or amount.
6. Policy Changes
We may update this policy due to changes in billing methods, subscription structure, law, or payment provider policy. Previous versions are available in the document history on this page.
